On 16th February 2026 Soho Fine Art, previously a trading name of Artique Galleries Ltd, was acquired, along with other group companies, by Cyan Contemporary Arts Ltd, the parent company of Buckingham Fine Art Publishers Limited. Accordingly Soho Fine Art has become a trading name of Buckingham Fine Art Publishers Limited (BFA).
As a Limited Permission Credit Broker, BFA has approval from, and is regulated by, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This allows BFA to advertise and offer certain retail finance products through third party credit providers such as Klarna, Novuna or others from time to time.
