About the Artist

I was born in Budapest, Hungary, in 1961 and graduated from the University of Budapest in 1984. After earning a master’s degree, I spent much of my early years traveling around Europe and America before finally settling in England, where my cityscapes secured a unique position in the UK art market. Although my cityscapes depict specific and recognizable locations, my focus is on capturing the atmosphere of each scene. By merging colours and blurring the reflected light on rain-slicked streets, I can portray the fast-moving essence of my chosen subjects in a distinctive way. I have a profound love for…
